This ones for all the folks in Texas...

If I was going to move to Texas, where would be the best place to find the following at descent price: less than $170,000.00

- 4 + bedroom house less than 5 years old.
- 2 full bath.
- 2 car garage.
- 5 to 10 acres minimum.
- Not near city but must be able to get and ship UPS on a daily basis for business. No neighbors..
- On or near lake (on preferred).
- Woods preferred to desert...
- Whatever part of Texas is less scorching hot for an east coaster..
