Hey Jack, you know what they say about the thousands of Winter Texans that migrate down here to South Texas every winter. "They hit town with the Ten Commandments in one hand and a ten dollar bill in the other and don't break either one of them." That is why all the local bumper stickers that read "Welcome to Texas, now go home".

On the serious side, there is no hospitality like Texas hospitality. Texans are the friendliest people in the world. We need to encourage Mark to come on down. Contrary to what Ted Kennedy may say, Texas is a great place to live.
