I didn't know Jack personally, but had breakfast the other day with a friend of his and Marty's by the name of Paul Penney. Paul was very saddened to hear of Jack's passing. I'm trying to get Paul to get up on this site but for you who know him, it's like leading a horse to water and making him take a bath.......Penney's a tough guy to budge.
