That area was hot all the way back to June 68, I made five trips into MileHigh after they were over-run I was carrying wounded to the airstrip at Polei Kleng. The Dustoff personnel could not "GET INTO" MileHigh until the fog lifted and the action cleared. Then again my last flight in country ended up with my being shot down approximately 14 miles Northwest of there, remember I crashed west of Bien Het on 1 Nov 68.
