Who can tell me more about these mugs (see picture below).

I just bought this one on an ebay auction. Gail has one just like it that one of the guys gave to her (who was that Gail ??). That was the only one I have seen until this one. The people selling this one said they bought it at an estate sale in Scituate, Rhode Island. Any of you guys know of anyone from the 119th in that area ?
