The single word responses were not due to a lack of time, they were due to a loss of words to say about your comments. Confidence in you? I knew I would get a response, especially after your comment about your comment about a single word response to another.

The initial loan has been processed and all is doing well, I now "OWN" the farm, and I have paid all of my debts except for one that is tied directly to the farm equipment (tax purposes you know). Now I am working on the loan for the construction of the house, all looks good currently, up to $150,000.00 at a 3.75% interest rate from the Texas Veterans Land Board (TVLBD). Currently working on finding a contractor to build the home, the pool, and other projects related to the home.

Life is good and getting better, especially when I rent my home here in Seabrook, that should really give me a positive cash flow.
