Mr. Kimm was a sandy headed guy with a well groomed "cookie Duster" I think. Kinda soft spoken, layed back, seemed kinda' shy and you would have wondered why he would have become a helicvopter pilot. Shelton came in as a Lt., was Blue flight leader and he went into the Crocs just when he made captain. That is the best time frame I can give and desciptions.
