I didn't find the one you mentioned specifically, but I did find another which appears to be very similar. I did a Yahoo search.

I was able to find Pleiku, Kontum, Qui Nhon and a few other places. I "didn't have permission" to see some of the "tiles" which included what I thought should be Dak To and others I was interested in seeing.

I am still interested in finding some old maps we used. I would like one for my office wall. There is enough junk on it now, but it is growing all the time. (grin)
