Weren't like we were thinking to hide anything, eh Ron? I mean, they knew right where we were. All you could hope for was to distract the bastards a little.

I bet that halo was 6 feet across, and the flame spit out the end had to be 6 or eight feet, maybe more. It sure would have made me duck, looking from the other side of it.

I tried to keep a spare on board with the bipod still attached... just in case, tho. Sometimes I even had one. And I guarded that asbestos glove real close.

And checked every round and link in that belt as it went into the box, eh?

Feed was so weak on mine, if I didn't lift and feed a handful at a time, it just wouldn't pull the rounds in. If I did that, tho, it worked REAL good.
