Mary Beth,

Not sure if I'll make it to Texas or not. The problem with coming from such a large family as Mark & I do, it's tough to plan around anything other than immediate family get-togethers. Our Mom is coming from Maine to visit the first of May and we are getting together on Long Island with another brother, Doug. Mark & family will be there, too. In June, one of my nieces is graduating from High School so I'm taking a few days for that. Another niece is getting married the same weekend as the Texas Reunion and I should go to that but probably will not be able to and I would like to see my son & his family again after he gets settled in Michigan and get caught up with all my good friends out there that I haven't seen in almost 10 years!

I have a great job and a very understanding boss, but I'm not sure he would give me carte blanche for vacations - so having to decide what to do when is REALLY difficult this year! I would LOVE to make it to Texas - just not sure I can! The part that really stinks is my birthday is August 9th and I can think of no better way to celebrate than with all these guys!!!
