Is he "Friend" or "Foe"?

I have contacted Bud Cramers office about AL and the conditions down here. He is suppose to get back with me about what is going on.
His AID informed me that the House Appropriations gave the VA the largest increase given in years.
Does that make anyone wonder who's spending it?
