You've done it again Tom, you've impressed me. I wish I could get all the men in my life to open up and "vent" once in a while.
Have you not been to a funeral because of not losing someone in your life, like parents or grandparents? I mean if you are pushing fifty-five and those fokes are still living, your family must live a LONG time. I don't have a parent or grandparent who have lived past the age of 63. When they died that age sounded so OLD, now years later that sounds way too young to have died.
We didn't get to see my brother after he died and that was very hard on us, especially for my mom. Unless she could see him or touch him, he hadn't died.
I wish I had known you last spring, when I went to DC. It would have been nice getting to meet you. Hope we get to in August. And thank you for being here too.
