I worked at the DAV Hospital Service Coordinator at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. I visited every veteran every day. The staffs on the wards were very caring but horribly short handed and often short funded on things vets needed such as razors, tooth brushes, etc. It was the best job I ever had cause U had enuf clout to make a difference when needed.

Here, in Pensacola, the guys are sent to Biloxi. DAV is the usual men's ballywick..and not nearly so powerful.

Still working on this.
