Fox is reporting that at 10:40 Eastern, an explosive device indication was given by a screening machine at Cleveland's Airport. The indication is that explosive material was in a carry-on item being screened, and THE SECURITY SCREENER DID NOT NOTICE THE ALERT SIGNAL.....
