I feel that the good lord put us on this earth and he has given us the ability to question and learn. Look at the intelligence (and stupidity) that man has put together from using a bone or a stick as a weapon to space flight. The lord wants us to question and learn, and we will eventually learn the answers to our questions. Man is the only one who says what the lord wants and doesn't want us to do. Is man above the lord? I think not! Our real job in this life is to question and learn and filter out the BS that man places in the way.
