Thanks, George. I was about to put myself in for a check-up from the neck up.
I was there of course, at the service. Everybody was, everybody in the company plus others. I carefully saved the little program sheet they passed out. No question in my mind, to this day, I could walk you to the spot where the Camp Holloway chapel was. Those services were horrifying. I only remember flashes of that one; flight helmets, honchos talking, guys in shock... awful. Everybody who was flying tonight or tomorrow dealing with reality for a change...
