As I recall on New Years Eve 67 at 12:00a.m. The Control Tower at Holloway had to be evacuated due to Friendly Fire. Also had reports of Aircraft in the Pattern receiving Fire. It seems that some Gator/Gators partied a little to hardy and got Frisky. Spit Balls would not have had the same effect. It must have been Blue Flight or was it Yellow Flight.
