I’m reluctantly making preparations to fly to Dallas for the reunion. I say reluctantly because I hate to show up and find I’m the only one there, with photos in hand, and stories (filled with a range of feelings) that I’m willing to share with anyone willing to listen.
Texas is home to my dad’s family and I plan on seeing some of them in Garland and Dennison, while in the great state of Texas. Family aside the only other reason I would ever set foot in the godforsaken state of Texas would be to spend time with the good people of the 119th AHC and the honor they have brought to all of us, who served our nation under the extraordinary social setting know as the Vietnam area.

Hope to see more then myself in Texas this coming August.
