The opportunity of seeing old buddies from Nam can
be an emotionally trying thing for all of us. We have many great memories of each other, but we also have many bad memories of situations we were involved in. Unfortunately, the mind is not capable of recalling one and filtering out the other. Just be patient with each other and know that we all have it and experience it in one form or another. The reunion will be great for all those in attendance. Those not there will still be remembered and talked about.

Personally, I have met with several different guys
individually, but I have never done one of these, as I have never known about one. I am both excited and apprehensive, emotionally, but I wouldn't miss it for the world. It would be great
to have a time when everyone that ever served in the 119th could attend, but we know that won't ever happen. We are either too old; have too many family things going on; have work related things going on; or have financial constraints. That's life, and though we all have that love and bond with those we served with, we all have also had to move on with our lives. Look forward to seeing you all there, whoever shows up! Shoofly
