Keep tinkering with it Tom. It gets better and soon your lady and you can make it your own. it is like shooting pistols. Practice and personal innovation make it better. I am gald you folks liked it. And the original chef was an old lady in the Louisiana swamps back in about 1960. I used to love to fish there and loved her cooking.
