Flight,

August 24, 2002 marks the 35 anniversary of the death (accordig to military records) of Ronald Lee Holtzman & Richard M. Allard. Ron was my Gunner for several months but he was much more.

I spent some time this morning reflecting and put together some thoughts. The following is not ment to be a suggestion for the Tablet but it did influence me.

TO THE MEMORY OF OUR FRIENDS WHO GAVE THEIR ALL.

IT IS OUR DUTY TO HONOR THEM ALL.

TO THE FAMILIES OF OUR BROTHERS KNOWN AS KIA.

YOUR LOSS IS MORE THAN WORDS CAN EVER SAY.

WITH EACH PASSING DAY CAME A PRICE TO PAY.

NOW SOME OF YOU WE KNOW AS MIA.

TO YOUR MEMORY, WE DEDICATE THIS STONE.
