Yeah, sorta quiet... here, about 25 miles south of the Pentagon, it was very quiet on the 11th.

My Mrs. tells me I violated the half-mast protocol by taking Old Glory back to the top during the afternoon yesterday...I know the protocol, but when I saw, live, a FDNY flag go back up, and their black bunting come down, I figgered it was time.
As I saw a post Bob K. made a year ago, it is time...let's see what the reaction is to Bush's
Iraq initiative at that WORTHLESS U.N., and we'll know a little better where we stand. At least Blair is helping to set the example, or at least his words say so...
I certainly don't want my son and son-in-law to be drafted, but they may be, and I'd rather, even at age 55, "go back" than have my boys and grandson
have to go...
