Junior Mason was a very dear friend of mine. I have a "Duty, Honor, Country" print that he gave me on the wall above my computer. Junior died a couple of years ago but two things I know that he treasured was his wings and a 1000 hour huey pin that I gave him. I got it from Bell Helicopter back in the early days and wore it in Atlanta. He suffered a lot after his accident but I don't think he ever lost his affection for the 119th and the friends he made there. Bob Pearson ( his Platoon leader) and he had a good reunion in Atlanta and I enjoyed his visits here. Junior was a brave man and good soldier.
