At about 8:00 am this morning a 13 year old boy was shot outside his school shortley after being droped off. This incident was in Prince Georges County MD which neighbors Montgomery County. The ATF has verified that the shell fragments are from the same wepon used last week in Montgomery County MD. The shooter leaves no trace of anything and olny fires one shot from 150 or greater yards. The shooter has olny missed once hence must be a trained marksman. To date the authorities have not even been able to pinpoint the spot the shot came from in any of the shootings.

Needless to say things are getting tense in my AO. All the personel wepons one might have will not help in this situation. It is obvious to me that the goal is Terror.
