my county's PD (Prince William, VA) is in on all the roadblocks w/ VA State Police in the east end of the county-

VA State now on the scene of a crash of a white van pursued by them after the van made an illegal u-turn on I-95, back toward the area of the shooting, AWAY from all the roadblocks. SWAT, choppers and medics now enroute.
