I thought we could add a few questions to your list.

16. Why did we use the term "Auto- Rotation" instead of "About to Crash"

17. Whose bright idea was the "Twenty minute" fuel warning light. See "About to Crash" for same reasoning.

18. Am I the only one who thought loading all those large flares into a helicopter was a really bad idea. Plus the fact the way we would deploy them was even worse.

19. Firefly missions should have been renamed "Here we are shot at us!"

20. Who actually thought a bomb cater should be used as a landing zone. It was bad enough to hover down into the trees let alone into a large hole in the ground.
