I know just what you mean, Tom-, about the tension. Respectfully differing in opinion, I don't think he's all that hot a shot. It seems all his shots have been taken from no more than 100 yards or so. With even a cheap low-power scope, say 3 or 4 power, a standard silhouette target at those distances is an image similar to the distance across a street-and we all would have failed rifle marksmanship thirty-plus years ago if we couldn't accomplish similar feats, hurriedly, under pressure, if you remember, WITHOUT a scope.
I believe he's a lot more accomplished at escape than riflery.

I have two "bulletproof" vests from my Wells Fargo days- I gave one to my son, who is out all hours of the day and night as a firefighter, and the other to my daughter, who will shroud the baby's carseat with it. Both are certified to stop a .44 Magnum, and although not certified for .223, they will certainly slow one down. The most comforting thing is that she quit her job week before last to stay home with her son. Also, she can shoot if need be, and would not hesitate to do so.

If I could just figure out where that scumsucker plans to go next, I'd get there first, and lie in wait for HIM..... would that be obstruction of justice???
