Dave seems to be off net right now, so I thought I would make a comment here concerning the VA and what they OWE us. I am climbing the walls right now since I can't get out of the house and I need something to keep my mind active.

I love fighting with the VA and showing them where they screw up. My success rate is better than most of the Service Officers I know because I refuse to let the VA get away with failing to follow their Rules and the Law. I taught Dave (Baby Huey) what to do and how to do it and advise him when he has difficulty representing veterans. Following my advise and implimenting what he has learned has resulted in numerous awards of total disability for numerous veterans in the Houston area. dave should be proud of his accomplishments.

When I first offered to help Dave I told him the only payment I required was that he help another vet in the same way. That is still my payment requirement. If a brother or sister vet is unable to go the distance we each should help them. I swore to leave no one behind when I was there. The same stands for abandoning another vet here also.

Anyone with VA problems can contact me at any time for advise and assistance. Having been an accredited representative for veterans at the VA, I know the inside ropes and methods and will not let the VA deny a valid claim. The Viet Nam war is over, but the VA war continues. This war is one we will not allow to get the upper hand.
