I hear the National Gaurd is doing a lot with benefits these days, also falling in under the HomeLand Security Office somehow ??? Buddy of mine who is in a tank unit here in Jersey is becoming a boot (light infantry) and apparently being handed off almost completely to the State (including funding..). Interesting changes.
