Back from DC, Mike Curran and I actually managed to hook up with the two Toms and everything.

Name reading was amazing. One of the Wall organizers told me next reading will be in five years, 25th Anniversary. I intend to confirm and double-check the roster of 119th dead as soon as I can, and we will figure out how to have our own read the names of all of our own the next time around. For some of the early casualties we will need to talk with some old-timers; the records are incomplete or contradictory.

Most folks were assigned to read groups of about 30 names, one page. Shakey read names from three groups before me. As we were waiting to read, we discovered that the two guys between us who were waiting were also Huey crew chiefs. Strange stuff.

Anyway, we made it, boots and all.
