In Early ( Feb or March) 1967 we were at LZ lane near the coast. This picture was taken after we had flown from Lane in the predawn to LZ uplift. We arrived about dawn and the soldiers of the 3/25th were waiting to board.if you look closely you can see them approaching the ships. It was the yellow tail platoon.
