In early 1967 there was a fire base about halfway between Pleiku and Mang Yang pass. On some days when not doing maintenance I'd fly with the platoon and we'd run ash and trash to the base. One day some Monntanard kids came up mooching. Someone took a picture of me and the CE sitting with them. I found the slide and it is titled "Me with crewchief NE of Pleiku" he is the one with glasses. does anyone recognize him? I could kick my tail for not keeping better records.
