Just finished Tom Lacombe's book last night. It's a good book and an easy read for the people who didn't serve in Nam. No John Wayne crap, just one guys story of trying to get thru one impossible year. It doesn't have the data or detail that Jack Leninger's book "Time Heals No Wounds" has but it is still worth a look. A few of the things which he refers to I remember quite well. The landing zone which was difficult to get into and the next ship throwing them chain saws to enlarge the zone is way to familiar to be a coincidence that happened to me in the Plei-Trap. Give it a shot. Its worth it.
