Deer were great to trade if you get one. We used to trade with a cook somewere (I can't remember) for stakes and booze. Used to get about 40 stakes and 3 or 4 bottles of quality stuff. Then it was party time. Fire up the Grill (55 gal. drum cut length wise with angle iron legs. Worked great.

Nam does have some good memories. If I had not found this site I would not be able to remember a dam thing except the bad days.
