Shades of Nha Trang! Used to live in a villa just up from the beach. We never had to eat powdered eggs. I shopped in the local market with supplements from the commissary in Saigon. Local stuff had to be disinfected with two processes, tho', before we could eat it. Shrimp, fish, dog,and beef were plentiful in the Nha Trang market place (along with dysentary and beetle nuts!)
