Most of Nha Trang came to the M.A.A.G. to drink. The Chinese had some liquor..but mostly everyone drank that Bah me Bah..So they loved to come to the Americans wo slurped liquor like it was water. Cau Da (the other side of the air-port) had a tiny (about as big as a small bedroom)French place that served nothing but huge lobsters and beer. Right on the water.Francoise's, I think. He cooked 'em, he served 'em. Nothing else there. Then there was the French restaurant in Nha Trang. No one spoke English or even pidgen. You had to learn the local language/ toss in a little French/ and use a lot of hand movements AND watch what you ate.. :>)
