Lumpy, You don't live in Texas. The hassle here is; the case is reviewed then dismissed if it is after dark and some one is stealing, or anytime someone is threatening you. And some geek peace nut who takes the time to locate me, come to my house to harass me or my family is a threat. And being in fear of said threat, I'd blow his sorry as away. not sue, Not turn other cheek etc. If they come hunting you, they intend to hurt you. Period.
