I think it is the same guy. I saw the patch on ebay while in Denver and read som of the chatter about it. I have also compared the one I have with my original and it appears to be authentic. The stiching is done the same and the thread on the back is hand tied. Also the backing looks quite old and has some stains on it. I know it still could be a reproduction but its a lot of work for $20.00 bucks.

If possible I'd contact the seller and ask about its history. I'd also let him know what dim view we would take if it's counterfit and how much negative feed back he will get.

If you can take a picture of it (front & back)or scan it and send it to Mark maybe he can post it and I can compare it to the one I bought.
