I received the patch which I bought on e-bay. I must say it appears to be the real deal. I have one patch from when I first went into the flight platoon and those were somewhat larger then this one. The other patch which I got towards the end of my first tour and the beginning of the second is very similar to this one. It is the same size and the workmanship is about the same. It is in very good condition. It may sat in someone's duffle bag for many years. I sent Bob K. one of the 545th patches I still had and I would say it was in the same shape.

Also received the painting from Joe Kline. Gator 371 never looked so good. I need to head out this afternoon and find a frame for it. I love the darker oak frames. Highlights the painting better. If I can get my son to help maybe I can get a picture of it on the site.
