I forgot to tell you, (Log(C)) permits allow you to blast snowplow operators who leave more than 1 foot of snow piled in your drive way here in Central and Southern Texas. Limit is 2 per year. I am not sure of the inch limit in the Amarillo area, but I think it might be about 15 to 18 inches.
