The American public has been spoon fed so much bull crap over the past fifty years the many people believe we are nothing more then cattle. Growing up during the Fifies I was taught to "Duck an Cover", as if hiding under my school desk would actually protect me from the fall out of an atomic bomb. People dug shelters and stocked up on can goods. Today they would have us wrapping our homes in plastic and duct taping them shut to prevent chemical weapons from killing us. We have to fight the War on Terrorist but don't do anything which might make someone mad. How can we be a prize fighter and never throw a punch?

The beautiful people in Hollywood want us wait. Don't start a war. The last thing any sane person wants is war. They have the right to protest. The problem is that during the sixties the protester turned the American people against the service men which were fighting the war. We had nothing to do with the damn thing. We were labeled baby killers and show to be drug users who would do nothing better then climb some tower and start blasting innocent women and children.

What are the answers? I don't know. For right now I think the best thing to do is surround Iraq and wait. Play a game. The snake is in the box and every now and then kick it a little. Pretty soon he will make that one mistake and then we can drop on him like a sledge hammer. The only other thing is hope that the mushroom cloud appears over Hollywood, Paris or Berlin before any place else.
