I know what you mean about spilling. I like driving late at night so that no one can see me spilling my coffee, flavored waters, or cokes. Try this next time, if you are stopped tell the cop, "you caught me, drinking and driving", watch his reaction, then watch what he does when you tell him that your drink is non-alcoholic. I have had a couple laugh me out of a speeding ticket (I was rushing to the bathroom at the next station). Related activities help in the proving of your case if you can beg off for long enough to take a break!
