Hi and Welcome Lois. I did know Billie, he roomed with me. He and Eddie were good friends and I really wanted to write to you after the accident but the powers that were at the time said that we had to wait until official notification was given. I just want you to know that Billie was a professional and took a great deal of pride in what he did. He was extremely well-liked by all his comrades because of his friendly and open nature and his loss devastated all of us that were close to him.
