for $12.00 per... to folks who had no utilities in their homes due to Isabel.

Ice, up to $30.00 per ten pound bag.... water @ $7 a gallon.

One elderly lady reportedly was told that removing a tree from atop her car, and one beside the house (no contact) would cost 17 thousand dollars.
