If the report is true he should be sued from here to hell and back as well as dismissed from any position in the Texas school system. Both him and the nurse should be fired. A Principal is an EXECUTIVE and should make common sense EXECUTIVE decisions in such cases. This principal is a hidebound robot and should be replaced by a low paid clerk with a rule book. The schoolboard should fire his ass. If I had a kid in that school,I'd be there raising hell.
