The USG has issued a slew of commemorative medals in recent years honoring combat vets and others who seerved in various theaters and times.
The commemoratives are like the WW2 victory medal. They are " Thanks for coming badges" but they look good and impress the grand kids. Besides you earned them.
you can go here to look at the medals and order them from a commervcial source or you can use the usual channels and get them from the USG.
