Tom- I know I posted something last year in which I told you I was sure I remembered you, and was sure because I recognized a picture of you.
You told me I was wrong, because you left only about two days before I arrived at 119th. Unless you had been smokin (HAH!) around your deros day, and were thereby wrong about the day you left, you are right and I was wrong.

But- Touch- I remember you for sure. You may remember me- I lived in the last hootch twoard town, and bunked close to Ron Everhart and Brother Hampton.

I saw your picture here, and I'm sure enough to stake my life on it. You may remember me- I was almost 6'5", had bright red hair, and bore a striking resemblance to "Opie" (Ron Howard) on the
Andy Griffith Show on TV, and later, "Richie" on Happy Days....

I only stayed in that hootch a short time, as all the avionics guys were attached to HHC 52nd, and moved to the hootches by the fire station, between the Medics and Bn Maint guys.

Tom- you mentioned Sal Gurola- is he the short Italian-lookin' guy to the left in the picture entitled "Everhart sitting- and the four others?" in the Can You ID section? Is that Ken Eberhardt on the right- the tallest guy?

I remember Geno, Robledo, Von Reber and his replacement (??- help me, Mike !)
