I was in the hanger during that but got to start flying shortly there after. I can remember Doublejeff and Corbin flying night missions during that paticular incident. The 173rd had been cut off from the top and bottom if my memory serves me correctly. They were getting all kinds of chewd up to the point of night extractions with the landing lights and the 119th was for sure in the middle of it.
I can't believe that I can't find anyone other than the three or four on the site. I must have the Plauge!!!! I do appreciate the current family! You all are a great bunch of Brothers and Sisters!! Gotta go.........love ya, C. Duke
