Stayed in Burlington and sailed the south end on this trip, Ron. The entire lake is sailable (even drivable) this year, 18 to 40+ inches of ice.

Raced just across the Canadian border a few years ago and stayed in St Albans at the lovely Cadillac Motel. Had a room that looked like a bowling alley, three double beds down one wall. Never saw anything like it.

We sail small boats that max out at about 60mph, but the big "Skeeters" that can hit over 100mph were there also. Look like starships and sound like thunder. I'll send a picture.
