Rex and I visited Wednesday at a local eatery and were to meet again today but he had to move on. Rex is looking good for someone who got shot down by a 23mm.
We had a good lunch and talked about the shoot down and other things.
I gave him a set of CC wings from the melted huey and a 16 inch Tail Rotor closed loop chain. Enough to make 2 braclets. One for himself and one for Michelle Chase (sp) which he will deliver when he gets it made. She can wear it in memory of Raymond Chase and the rest of the crew.
